Has my order shipped?
  Most of our products are delivered electronically via email but in the case of a physical product, reach out to store@rainnetworks.com for shipping inquiries.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Email store@rainnetworks.com and we'd be happy to help! As long as the order hasn't processed, we can make changes immediately. If the order has been processed, our ability to change quantity or items will be handled on a case by case basis.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
